Making a purchase could not be simpler. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to order to your shopping cart. Once completed, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked to provide some information required to complete your order.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order when we send you an invoice.
All prices on our site are exclusive of VAT. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
We accept credit card payments online, with 128bit encryption by Thwate, you can be assured that all your details are kept secure at all times. If you prefer you can phone your credit card details after you place your order. We can also accept payment by cheque, but please allow 7-10 days for cheques to clear.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Electron, Switch and Solo. We do not charge your credit card until items are ready to be dispatched.
All stock items will be received within 2-3 days of receipt of your order. All items are dispatched on a next day basis. However in remote and off shore locations, delivery time may increase. Orders recieved that are under £10 +vat, will incurr a £3.50 small order handling charge. Please see our terms & conditions for more information regarding delivery times.
If the item you order is not in stock, the item will automatically go on back order, and the items in stock will be dispatched. We will notify you when a product is not in stock and advice a delivery date. You have the option to cancel any items on back order without charge.
